Im the one who gets to have the most fun! I get to hit plastic and metal with wood sticks. Way cool At about age 13 a friend of mine turned me on to some of the 80's metal bands - Iron Maiden, DIO, Scorpions, Accept and many other great bands that I’ve neglected to mention. My ear was drawn to the drums, and so began my love for the drums. I got started by learning my first few rock beats from a drummer who lived across from us (Thanks Mario Levert). Money was tight when I was growing up, so I was very lucky to be able to borrow a few drum kits to get started. (Thanks Rod Rivette, Todd Sabourin). It seems like my life was consumed by the drums at first. I lived, ate, played, and dreamed drums. Over the years I’ve had the pleasure of playing with some very talented musicians in several bands. (Luthers Debt, Speakeasy, Rub Salt, Justify.) And now, with another kick at the can Im quite pleased to be back playing with some great fellows both on a personal level and a musical level.
